Warm Winter Gin:
PEATED PARADISE

Ingredients

60ml Warm Winter Gin
80ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
Pineapple to garnish


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (with no ice).
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker, and shake again until foamy.
  3. Strain your cocktail into a lowball glass, over one large cocktail ice cube.
  4. Lightly flame your dehydrated or fresh pineapple & garnish.
  5. Enjoy!
