Ingredients 60ml Autumn Dry Gin or Warm Winter Gin6 dashes of bitters2 sugar cubesFresh orange peel or dehydrated orange to garnish Instructions Drop the sugar cubes into a mixing glass & splash the bitters over it. Muddle together until you’ve formed a paste.Add about half of the gin to the mixing glass, then stir until the sugar has dissolved.Fill the mixing glass with ice, then top up with the rest of the gin.Stir & strain into an old fashioned glass with a large ice cube.Garnish with orange.
