Created on our farm in the small village of Allworth NSW, this limited-edition gin celebrates 200 years of Stroud. Established as Australia’s first company town, Stroud’s history runs through generations of farmers, makers and families who shaped the region into what it is today.
Our signature blend of native botanicals, including native sage, myrtles, pepperberry and rare sugar bag honey, is layered with soft chamomile and orchard quince for this commemorative release. The rare sugar bag honey, produced in small quantities by Australian native stingless bees, lends a unique citrus sweetness that, distilled in a traditional copper pot still, delivers a softness and depth to the gin.
The result is a beautifully rich gin, at home in a traditional cocktail yet with the complexity and softness to be sipped neat over ice.
Just as Stroud grew from the people who built it, our own story began with a farmer’s wife and her love of gin. From our farm to your glass, this is a toast to Stroud, its past, its people, and its next chapter.
Bottles will be shipped or ready for collection from 5th October 2026.
