Summer Spritz:
SUMMER MARTINI

Ingredients

45ml Summer Spritz Gin
15ml White vermouth
15ml Sauvignon Blanc
Peel of a lime to garnish

Instructions

1. Add the gin, vermouth and sauvignon blanc to a mixing glass filled with ice.
2. Stir until cold then strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Use a knife to remove a wide strip of the lime peel and squeeze over the drink to release the oils, then gently run the peel around the edge of the glass.
4. Place lime peel into the glass.
5. Enjoy!
