Summer Spritz Gin
PASSION MARTINI
Ingredients
45ml Summer Spritz Gin
30ml Passionfruit Pulp
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Vanilla Syrup (or sugar syrup)
30ml Sparkling Wine
Passionfruit to garnish
Instructions
- Chill a martini glass
- Add all ingredients, except sparkling wine, to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake over ice and strain into your chilled glass.
- Top with your favourite sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a wedge of passionfruit.
- Enjoy!
