Autumn Dry Gin:
NEGRONI

There are many times when nothing but a negroni will do. The native honey in the Farmer’s Wife Gin works like magic with the bittersweet of the Campari in this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

30ml Farmers Wife Autumn Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml sweet vermouth
Twist of ruby red grapefruit peel 

Instructions

1. Fill an old fashioned glass with 1 extra large cocktail ice cube.
2. Add the gin, Campari and vermouth to a mixing glass with ice and stir well until chilled.
3. Strain into the glass.
4. Twist the Grapefruit peel and garnish.
