Ingredients
60ml Blackberry Gin Liqueur
60ml Sparkling wine
(we like Tamburlaine Blanc de Blanc or for something sweeter Boydells Miss Harriet)
Fever-tree Yuzu lime & Soda
Blackberries to garnish
Instructions
- Fill your goblet with ice
- Add your Blackberry Gin Liqueur and Sparkling wine

Top with Yuzu lime & soda and stir
