Paloma

Overview

A bright & refreshing gin twist on the classic Paloma, with zesty grapefruit, lime & a sparkling soda finish.

Ingredients

  • 45ml Autumn Dry Gin
  • 30ml Grapefruit juice
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • Fever-Tree grapefruit soda
  • Sea salt or smoked salt
  • Citrus slice

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with salt, using a slice of citrus so it sticks.
  2. Add gin, grapefruit juice & lime juice to your cocktail shaker.
  3. Add a scoop of ice & shake until nice and cold.
  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice & top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
  6. Enjoy!
