Autumn Gin Sour

Overview

Sour yet a little bit sweet & perfect no matter the weather… The Autumn Gin Sour!

Ingredients

  • 45ml Autumn Dry Gin
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Cointreau
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Add gin, lemon juice, Cointreau, sugar syrup & egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice.
  2. Add a scoop of ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice or a large ice cube so the foam sits on top.
  4. Zest a pink grapefruit over the foam to garnish.
  5. Enjoy!
