Casual Barista / Hospitality Staff About the Role We’re looking for friendly and enthusiastic Casual Hospitality / Barista Staff to join our team at the distillery. If you love good coffee, local spirits, and creating great customer experiences, this could be the perfect role for you. This is a casual front-of-house role working in our distillery door and restaurant environment. You’ll be making coffee, serving drinks, assisting with tastings, and helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Weekend availability is essential, with hours varying depending on events and bookings. Our Distillery Our distillery door is set in a beautiful rural location on the Bucketts Way tourist drive, just 45 minutes north of Newcastle. Our traditional yet sustainable approach to distilling has produced award-winning gins, earning recognition both locally and internationally.
