Cherry Sour

Sweet Spring Gin

Overview

This party favourite is a little bit sweet, a little bit sour…and perfectly cherrylicious!

Ingredients

  • 45ml Sweet Spring Gin
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Cherry syrup
  • 2 drops Cherry bitters
  • 1/2 egg white
  • 3 cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add gin, lemon juice, cherry syrup & egg white to shaker. Shake without ice.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a glass with a large cube of ice.
  4. Top with three drops cherry bitters and run through with a pick to create a pattern.
  5. Garnish with three cherries on a cocktail pick.
  6. Enjoy!
