Parking Free parking in our main car park and grass areas. Our attendants will direct you on arrival. Bus Information Travelling on a Farmer’s Wife bus? You’ll get a coloured wristband when you board. Your colour matches your bus for the trip home. After the festival, head straight to your bus outside the Distillery entrance. Festival FAQ's On The Day What time do the gates open? Gates open at 12:00 PM with full bar service from opening. What does my ticket include? Your ticket includes festival entry, one meal and one gin cocktail, beer or wine. Additional food and drinks are available to purchase throughout the day. Is EFTPOS available? Yes! All bars, food vendors and the Bottle Shop accept EFTPOS. Transport & Parking Where do I park? Free parking is available in both our main car park and designated grass parking areas. Our parking attendants will assist you on arrival. I’m travelling on a Farmer’s Wife bus. You’ll receive your coloured wristband when boarding. Your wristband matches your bus for the trip home. Where do I catch my bus after the festival? Your allocated bus will be waiting outside the Distillery entrance. What if I’m not returning on my allocated bus? Please notify a Farmer’s Wife staff member before leaving. Where do third-party buses collect passengers? Outside the Distillery entrance. Food & Drinks Do you cater for dietary requirements? Yes. If you have a dietary requirement or allergy, please speak with our team before ordering. While we take every care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Can I purchase additional food and drinks? Absolutely! Food and drinks are available for purchase throughout the day. Can I bring my own food or alcohol? No outside alcohol or glass is permitted. You may bring your own food. Festival Information What should I bring? A picnic blanket or camp chair, an umbrella or poncho if rain is forecast and your dancing shoes! What can’t I bring? Outside drinks and alcohol, pop-up gazebos, beach tents and glassware. What happens if it rains? The festival goes ahead rain, hail or shine. We recommend bringing a poncho or umbrella if wet weather is forecast. Can I bring children or pets? No. The Mid-Winter Festival is a strictly 18+ event, and no pets are permitted on site. Assistance animals are welcome. Can I smoke or vape? Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas. What time does the festival finish? The festival wraps up at the conclusion of the live music at 8:00 PM. Last drinks will be called at 7:45PM. Buses depart from outside the Distillery entrance at the conclusion of the festival.
