Warm Winter Gin:
WINTER PASSION SOUR
A winter passion sour is exactly what you need this weekend…
With the combination of our barrel-aged Warm Winter Gin and the fruity flavours of summer, it is the perfect drink no matter the weather.
Ingredients
45ml Warm Winter Gin
45ml Passion fruit pulp
20ml Lemon juice
Dash of Amaretto
1 Egg white
Lemon zest to garnish
Instructions
1. Chill your glass with a scoop of ice
2. Add all your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake.
3. Add a scoop of ice and re-shake until nice and cold.
4. Strain into your chilled glass and garnish by zesting a lemon over the top.
5. Enjoy!
