Warm Winter Gin:
MULLED GIN CIDER

Indulge in the warmth of this delightful winter tipple. The aromatics of the Warm Winter Gin come to life when topped with this medley of warming spices.

Ingredients

90ml Warm Winter Gin
1 Can Tilse Apple Truck Cider
1 Sugar & Spice Mix (see note below)
1/2 cinnamon quill
1 dehydrated orange

 


Instructions

  1. In a pot on low heat, warm a can of cider, one sugar & spice mix, cinnamon & dehydrated orange.
  2. Add 45ml of Warm Winter Gin to two mugs and top with mulled cider.
  3. Enjoy!
  4. Tip: For a more intense spice, leave the mulled cider to rest for at least 10 minutes and gently re-warm.

Note:
Sugar & Spice Mix recipe:
6 pepper berries
2 cardamom pods
1 clove
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
50g raw caster sugar
