The Pink lady is utterly delicious and simple to make

30ml Farmers Wife Autumn Dry Gin
Capi Grapefruit Soda
Grapefruit Bitter
Slice of dehydrated or fresh ruby grapefruit

Pour gin over ice and top with soda and a dash of bitters. Garnish with slice of grapefruit. Enjoy!
