Sweet Spring Gin:

Sublte hints of cherry and raspberry make this a delicious spring version of our classic.


45ml Sweet Spring Gin 
100ml Light tonic (we like the slight salty notes of Capi Melbourne Tonic or Strangelove coastal tonic for this one)
Marachino Cherry or raspberries to garnish


  1. Have your favourite G&T glass and tonic nice and cold.
  2. Fill glass with large ice cubes, add the gin and top with tonic.
  3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry or fresh or frozen raspberries.

    Tip: You could also try pineapple as a garnish for this one.
