Sweet Spring Gin:

A modern classic with the perfect balance of sweet and sour. This cocktail takes me back to my childhood spent foraging for blackberries on our farm. The scratches were always worth it. 


45ml Sweet Spring Gin
15ml Lemon Juice 
30ml Creme de Mure or Chambord 
10ml Sugar Syrup
Blackberries or Raspberries to garnish


  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until chilled.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with crushed or small ice cubes.
  3. Slowly pour over the Creme de Mure or Chambord.
  4. Garnish with blackberries or raspberries.

    Tip: The crushed ice makes all the difference
