45ml Summer Spritz Gin
15ml White vermouth
15ml Sauvignon Blanc
Peel of a lime to garnish
- Add the gin, vermouth and sauvignon blanc to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir until cold then strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Use a knife to remove a wide strip of the lime peel and squeeze over the drink to release the oils, then gently run the peel around the edge of the glass.
- Place lime peel into the glass.
