GIN SUNSET

Ingredients

30ml Autumn Dry Gin
60ml H2 Coconut Water
120ml H2 Pineapple Juice
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
Frozen Raspberries


Instructions

  1. Blend frozen raspberries with a little coconut water.
  2. Shake over ice, pineapple juice, lime juice, coconut water and gin.
  3. Pour into an ice filled glass and gently top with the frozen raspberry mix.
  4. Garnish with pineapple.
