Autumn Dry Gin
FIG JULEP

If you’re a fan of Amaretto, this ones for you! This cocktail is a delightful balance of sweet and bitter. The Amaretto gives a nutty flavour with hints of honey, perfectly complementing our signature Autumn Dry Gin.

Ingredients

30ml Autumn Dry Gin
2 Teaspoons of fig jam
15ml Amaretto
20ml Lemon juice
Dash of Bitters

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker add your gin & jam, stir until dissolved.
2. Add amaretto, lemon juice & bitters to the shaker.
3. Top with ice & shake until cold.
4. Strain your cocktail into a cold glass, filled with ice.
5.  Garnish with a fresh slice of fig.
6. Enjoy!
