Summer Spritz:
ELDERFLOWER TONIC SPRITZ

Ingredients

30ml Farmer’s Wife Summer Spritz Gin or Autumn Dry Gin
15ml lime juice
Fever Tree Elderflower Tonic
Fresh mint to garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the gin & lime juice.
2. Top with tonic and garnish with lime and mint.
