Summer Spritz Gin:
ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ

The vibrant citrus notes and subtle hints of honey and sage in this gin ypair perfectly with the delicate floral scent of elderflower tonic.

Ingredients

30ml Summer Spritz Gin
30ml elderower cordial
60ml sparkling wine
Fever-Tree Elderower Tonic

Instructions

1. Add gin, cordial and sparkling wine to a large wine glass filled with ice and stir.
2. Top with elderflower tonic, fresh lime and mint to garnish.
3. Enjoy!
