Sweet Spring Gin:
BUSH BRAMBLE

A modern classic with the perfect balance of sweet and sour. This cocktail takes me back to my childhood spent foraging for blackberries on our farm. The scratches were always worth it. 

Ingredients

45ml Sweet Spring Gin
30ml Blackberry Gin Liqueur
10ml sugar syrup
15ml lemon juice
blackberries & dehydrated lemon to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice & sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until chilled.
  2. Pour into a glass filled with crushed or small ice cubes.
  3. Slowly pour over the Blackberry Gin Liqueur.
  4. Garnish with blackberries & dehydrated lemon.
  5. Enjoy!


    Tip: The crushed ice makes all the difference
