Autumn Dry Gin
THE PALOMA

Ingredients

45ml Autumn Dry Gin
30ml Ruby Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lime Juice
Grapefruit Soda (we like Capi or Fevertree Grapefruit soda)
Sea salt
Citrus slice


Instructions

  1. Salt the rim of your glass using a slice of citrus to rub on the rim so the salt sticks.
  2. Shake the gin, grapefruit juice and lime juice with ice until nice and cold.
  3. Strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with dehydrated or fresh slice Ruby Grapefruit.
  4. Enjoy!
