Autumn Dry Gin
THE PALOMA

Ingredients

45ml Autumn Dry Gin
30ml grapefruit juice
30ml lime juice
Fever-Tree grapefruit soda
Sea salt or smoked salt
Citrus slice


Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with salt, using a slice of citrus so it sticks.
  2. Add the gin, grapefruit juice and lime juice to your cocktail shaker.
  3. Add a scoop of ice and shake until nice and cold.
  4. Strain into an ice filled glass and top with grapefruit soda.
  5. Garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit.
  6. Enjoy!
