Autumn Dry Gin
THE PALOMA

Ingredients

45ml Autumn Dry Gin
30ml ruby grapefruit juice
15ml lime juice
grapefruit soda
Sea salt or smoked salt
Citrus slice


Instructions

  1. Salt the rim of your glass using a slice of citrus to rub on the rim so the salt sticks.
  2. Shake the gin, grapefruit juice and lime juice with ice until nice and cold.
  3. Strain into an ice filled glass  and top with soda.
  4. Garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit.
  5. Enjoy!
