Autumn Dry Gin THE PALOMA
Ingredients
45ml Autumn Dry Gin
30ml grapefruit juice
30ml lime juice
Fever-Tree grapefruit soda
Sea salt or smoked salt
Citrus slice
Instructions
- Rim your glass with salt, using a slice of citrus so it sticks.
- Add the gin, grapefruit juice and lime juice to your cocktail shaker.
- Add a scoop of ice and shake until nice and cold.
- Strain into an ice filled glass and top with grapefruit soda.
- Garnish with a slice of ruby grapefruit.
- Enjoy!
