Autumn Dry Gin AUTUMN GIN SOUR
45ml Autumn Dry Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 egg white
- Add the gin, lemon juice, Cointreau, syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
- Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain the drink into a glass filled with a large ice cube. (The foam will sit on the top)
- Zest a pink grapefruit peel over the foam to garnish
NB. Add soda water and you have a gin fizz!
