Autumn Dry Gin
AUTUMN GIN SOUR

Ingredients

45ml Autumn Dry Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Cointreau
15ml Simple Syrup
1 egg white


Instructions

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, Cointreau, syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
  2. Add ice to the cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the drink into a glass filled with a large ice cube.  (The foam will sit on the top)
  4. Zest a pink grapefruit peel over the foam  to garnish

    NB. Add soda water and you have a gin fizz!
