Mid-Autumn Festival

JOIN US FOR OUR 2024 MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL!

Hot off the heels of our Mid-Summer Festival we are excited to be hosting our next, bigger and better Mid-Autumn Festival!

We are happy to say that we are adding more bars for faster drinks service, more food options to cater for all dietary needs and more buses to get our gin friends back home after the event!

Relax on the lawn among the trees while listening to live music from Switch Trio, Rhinestoned & Mezcaltones between 3:00pm and 9:30pm.

Enjoy delicious food, great company, beer, wine and..fabulous Farmer’s Wife Gin cocktails of course!

Please Note: This is a fully licensed over 18 ticketed event. No outside alcohol permitted. Bags will be checked on entry.

Ticket Options:

  • GA – General Admission – $75
    Unreserved on the lawn. Bring along your picnic chairs & blankets and settle in while listening to live music and soaking up the atmosphere among the trees. A great view of the live music.
  • Reserved – Outdoor Table Seating – $85
    Outside on our verandah, offering a great view while overlooking the trees and soaking up the atmosphere. Reserved table bookings are limited and need to be booked in full as an entire table. Your table is reserved for the duration of the event. Guests have access to the GA area.
  • Reserved – Inside Table Seating – $85
    Inside our distillery, with limited views of the live music. Reserved Table bookings are limited and need to be booked in full as an entire table. Your table is reserved for the duration of the event. Guests have access to the GA area.

Entry & Inclusions:

  • Entry from 2:30pm until 9:30pm
  • Tickets include entry to the event and;
    • your choice of one meal option
    • one gin cocktail, beer or wine
  • Additional food and drink will be available on the day. (No outside alcohol permitted on site)

Getting There & Shuttle Buses:

Our distillery is located at 1378 The Buckets Way, Allworth, with accommodation available locally around Stroud and at The Bucketts Way Camp & Stay. Please consider our location when making your travel arrangements.

  • Local Shuttle Bus – Stroud & Surrounds
    A shuttle service is available to pick up and drop off guests from two locations; Stroud Showgrounds and The Bucketts Way Camp & Stay. The shuttle service is $10 return and can be added to your ticket at checkout.
  • Newcastle Shuttle Bus 
    A shuttle service is available to pick up and drop off guests from Newcastle Interchange, Wichkam. The shuttle service is $30 return and can be added to your ticket at checkout.
  • Newcastle Shuttle Bus via Medowie
    A shuttle service is available to pick up and drop off guests from Newcastle Interchange, Wichkam and includes an additional stop for pick up at The Bull n Bush Hotel, Medowie. The shuttle service is $30 return and can be added to your ticket at checkout.
  • Maitland Shuttle Bus via Seaham
    A shuttle service is available to pick up and drop off guests from Stockland Green Hills, East Maitland and includes an additional stop for pick up at The General Store, Seaham. The shuttle service is $30 return and can be added to your ticket at checkout.
  • Gloucester Shuttle via Stroud Road
    A shuttle service is available to pick up and drop off guests from Gloucester Coach Stop and includes an additional stop for pick up at Stroud Road Hall. The shuttle service is $30 return and can be added to your ticket at checkout.
  • Dungog via Clarence Town
    A shuttle service is available to pick up and drop off guests from The Royal Hotel Dungog and includes an additional stop for pick up at Erringhi Hotel, Clarence Town. The shuttle service is $30 return and can be added to your ticket at checkout.

FAQ’s

What time should I arrive?
Guests can arrive anytime from 2:30pm, with live music starting from 3:00pm.

When will the event finish?
Music and bar service will cease at 9:30pm with the distillery closing at 10pm.

I have purchased General Admission entry, will there be seating & what do I bring?
General Admission is unreserved and on the lawn. We recommend you bring along picnic chairs and/or blankets. There is no seating provided for General Admission.

I have purchased Reserved Seating entry, what do I bring?
Reserved Seating is located both inside and outside on the verandah. Your table will be reserved for the duration of the event. Guests will have access to the GA area.

Upon arrival, where do I park and enter the Mid-Season Festival?
Enter via the main driveway on the Bucketts Way. You will be directed by one of our staff where to park. Upon arrival please make your way to the check-in counter at the front of the distillery where one of our friendly staff will check you in. You will receive your Food and Beverage tokens at this time.

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes entry to the event and;
1 x  Food Token – redeemable for one gourmet food box
1 x  Beverage Token – redeemable for one gin cocktail, beer, wine or soft drink

Can I purchase additional tickets on the day?
Tickets must be pre-purchased and cannot be purchased on the day.

Can I buy additional food and drinks on the day?
Yes, additional food and drinks will be available to purchase on the day.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, outside food and drinks are not permitted at the event.

Are children allowed at the event?
No. This is a ticketed event and is limited to guests over the age of 18.

Are pets allowed at the event?
No. While we are dog friendly during normal service times, pets are not permitted during special events and will not be allowed entry.

In the case of bad weather, will I get a refund?
If we need to cancel or postpone an event due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.
