Warm autumn sunsets & a pink grapefruit spritz...a match made in heaven. This is the latest Farmer's Wife cocktail creation our gin club members have been enjoying at home, since receiving their seasonal cocktail kit.

The best part of this seasons kit are the gorgeous gin goblets, which are a gin friend favourite at the new distillery door!

Here's how to make your grapefruit spritz at home:

INGREDIENTS
30ml Autumn Dry Gin
60ml sparkling rose
30ml grapefruit juice
Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda
grapefruit & rosemary to garnish

METHOD
1. Add gin, grapefruit juice and sparkling rose to a large wine glass filled with ice and stir.
2. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish with grapefruit & rosemary.
3. Enjoy!

Of the 13 botanicals used to create our Autumn Dry Gin we find our Australian native sage one of the most interesting. It is reminiscent of a walk in the Australian bush with its fresh eucalypt aroma’s and has a subtle spiced mint note that works perfectly with our juniper, grapefruit & honey.

Used in just the right amounts, this beautiful native botanical adds a little Aussie magic to our gin!

Could this have been the botanical that won us gold at the recent World Gin Awards? We think so!

This gin version of the mojito is the perfect refreshing cocktail for a sunny summer afternoon...and exactly what your weekend calls for!

SUMMER SOUTHSIDE
Ingredients:
- 45ml Summer Spritz Gin
- 15ml lime juice
- 200ml @fevertreeaustralia Lime & Yuzu Soda
- 6-8 mint leaves
- Sprig of mint & lime to garnish

Method:
1. Muddle 6-8 mint leaves in the bottom of a high ball glass or tumbler
2. Add ice, gin and lime juice
3. Top with lime & yuzu soda & stir
4. Garnish with 2 slices of lime and a sprig of mint
5. Enjoy!
