We are as passionate about our community as we are about our products, so when we started this adventure, we were determined to give back to our community as much as it has given to us.

Sourcing much of our produce, materials, equipment and services as locally as possible means that we are supporting local business which is key to building community and also aligns with our belief in sustainable practices.

In keeping with this value of sustainability we use our spent botanicals from our gin to fertilise our 2nd generation botanicals in our garden and will use the spent grain from our whisky mash to feed our cattle.

Our dream for the new distillery is to build a place that uses sustainable practises to create  a product and a space that will not only bring our existing community together but invite others to visit and enjoy a little bit of our country community hospitality. Or better still, become a part of it.
